A message from Brody
Howdy friend!
Hi there!
From time to time, I find myself living off the radar whenever I am focused on important life things. Let’s be honest, it’s impossible to be present in more than one place at a time, so I needed to take a step back to get some space. Now I’m back and I wanted to update you on a few things and maybe answer some questions.
a few things I wanted to share:
“Brody, didn’t you move away from Colorado?”
Yes, it was a difficult transition but we’re currently in Texas but hope to be back in Colorado very soon. We were caught in the undertow of the rising market and housing was scarce so we made the hard choice to move, with full intentions of returning to mountains as soon we could. Colorado is another home for us, we’ll be back before you know it!
“Alright so you’re still doing photography, just a bit farther now?"
Pretty much! :) Texas has always been a home so it’s brought us a lot of opportunity, so now we’re just working on securing something permanent in the Rocky Mountain State. While I won’t be able to make coffee hangouts on a whim, I’m always game for planning one when I’m in town!
“How do I keep up with what’s happening and what you’re up to?”
Social media is the best way, as I’m doing my best to keep things updated and sharing more. I learned that I’m better at posting when it doesn’t feel obligatory! You can find my socials at the bottom of this page. Here’s some quick links, too, just in case. :)
“So you’re coming back, but are you still doing photography in Colorado?!”
YES!!! Nothing makes me happier than adding another trip to my calendar for a photo session, elopement or wedding! I’m continuing to book and build my business in Colorado, so please reach out if you’re wanting to book something; my inbox is always open!
“What have you been up to this whole time then?”
A little bit of everything, honestly! I spent most of my weeks working at a garden center, eventually working up the courage to do a few landscaping jobs on the side. Cory built his own business with contract work, and developed relationships with clients and has learned so much valuable experience. We’re now working together in real estate and we're already working on the next project. As I mentioned, our time has been spent broadening our horizons to explore new ways to be the best business owners we can be.

In short, I am still booking and taking clients and making regular trips to Colorado! We have a plan to get back to Colorado soon, just not as quick as we would want, but we’re working on it. I hope to share as much of this journey as I can. Follow me online to see more!
