An intimate wedding day, with intention in every detail

Selecting the dream wedding venue is never an easy choice, but when Alex and Bailey saw the rustic charm and the abundance of customization that Venetucci Farms had to offer, they knew it was the right fit for them. 

Every detail and moment was personalized and you could feel that the couple had made their priorities in making sure that every piece was intentional. A & B (Alex and Bailey) wanted all their guests to share their appreciation of family, as this was the first time that a lot of their family were getting to be under one roof together. Such an occasion deserves to have love poured into each moment of the day.

Venetucci Farm is a wedding venue located in Colorado Springs placed with stunning views of Pikes Peak and the front range. Accommodations are easily located nearby as the venue is just a short drive from downtown Colorado Springs. Dream Catcher Weddings is the resident wedding planning and coordination service, whose team is ready to start dreaming with their couples for the perfect day!

I had the honor of getting to talk to A & B about their day during their consultation call, and they had a priority of photography layered into their wedding day. We worked in tandem with Dream Catcher Weddings to make sure that their timeline accommodated plenty of photo opportunities. 

You can find visible practice of sustainability in every direction of the day, from the elegant silk florals to the compostable goods used for the reception. The Farm features a beautiful flower field that made for a unique setting for the wedding portraits at sunset. Capturing the fresh newlywed glow on A & B while they surrounded by the rows and rows of fall colored flowers was a highlight of the whole day. The bride’s long train on her dress combined with the glam, retro-inspired styling of hair paired with the groom’s timeless suit and accessories, gave the portraits a timeless and classic energy to the setting.
